Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable although there was some noise from outside until midnight due to my room facing the front of the building. The complimentary water bottles provided daily were a nice touch. However, there seemed to be an issue with the settings being overridden by the staff.
I stayed at a hotel right in front of the iconic lake in Hanoi. The room had a lovely view of the trees in front of the lake, but it was smaller than expected with a queen bed instead of a king. The service was a bit mixed, with some language barriers but they were very helpful with tour arrangements. The location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance of all the highlights. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few ups and downs.
The hotel is unfortunately next to a building site, but overlooks the soon-to-be Four Seasons neighbor, which might be a future challenge. The rooms have a nice shower and charming phone with text book interiors.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, fresh, and had a lovely internal view with plenty of greenery inside. While the view of the court yard was beautiful, the one from the more expensive room with two beds was not as good. The service had its ups and downs, as they were unhelpful with early check-in and there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room, but the staff was friendly. The location was fantastic, right in front of the lake and close to major attractions. The dining options were varied, with some below standard choices. The facilities were decent overall.
